STEP 1: ON-BOARDING

On-boarding is the first step in beginning your journey here at CrossFit XA. This process includes a one-on-one intro session intended to bring anyone new to CrossFit the opportunity to get acquainted with the methodology, language, and insight into what we do here at CrossFit XA.

We want our new members to feel more comfortable and confident when stepping into our group classes. The intro session is one hour which will include a one-on-one with an experienced coach who will discuss your goals, assess movement quality, answer any questions, and will guide you through your first workout. Setting you up for success here at CrossFit XA!

STEP 2: OPTION 1 | JOIN CLASSES

Once your on-boarding is complete you are ready to attend group CrossFit classes with confidence and give our 21 days for $21 trial a try! We don’t have levels for classes as this training program is universally scalable. Throughout your trial you’ll continue to receive direction from our experienced, knowledgeable, coaching staff as you begin your CrossFit journey.

All CrossFit XA coaches are certified and ready to help you navigate classes each day. Don’t be afraid to ask questions – they are here for you!

*The cost for the 21 day trial is $21. 

**Once the trial is over, monthly memberships are $165/mo or $245/mo for couples.

STEP 2: OPTION 2 | ON-RAMP

The On-Ramp program is designed to meet the needs of new members who feel unprepared to join a group CrossFit class. Reasons for this could be: a health condition, a mental barrier, or current fitness level. This program is comprised of 12 one-on-one coaching sessions over the span of 60 days. Over the 60 days, the member will focus on learning the proper mechanics for movements, developing the capacity for intensity and endurance, and building their confidence within the gym. The member will also be educated regarding the vision, culture, and methodology of CrossFit and our gym. The intention of this program is to promote inclusion and eliminate any barriers that would prevent members of our community from improving their health and wellness. 

The cost for On-ramp is $50 per session. On-Boarding is included in this price and your normal monthly membership will not begin until after your On-Ramp sessions are complete.
